Pet Policy

Domesticated pets are generally accepted. However, the type of accepted pet varies by building. Please inquire with a member of our management team to find the best apartment for you and your pet(s). Breed restrictions apply. Breed Restrictions: Akita Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Perro De Presa Canarios, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-Hybrids, Cane Corso. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.
